Space X Falcon 9 Rocket
Snapped a shot of the Space X Falcon 9 Rocket from my boat today at work. It wasn't as awesome as a shuttle launch, but its pretty cool that its a private company going in to space. Don't be fooled by the beautiful sky, it was cold as hell out there today (low of 32*).

Things You Can Only Say On Thanksgiving
1. Talk about huge breasts!
2. Tying the legs together keeps the inside moist.
3. It's Cool Whip time!
4. If I don't undo my pants, I'll burst!
5. That's one terrific spread!
6. I'm in the mood for a little dark meat
7. Are you ready for seconds yet?
8. It's a little dry, do you still want to eat it?
9. Just wait your turn, you'll get some
10. Don't play with your meat.
11. Just spread the legs open n stuff it in.
12. Do you think you'll be able to handle all these people at once?
13. I didn't expect everyone to come all at once!
14. You still have a little bit on your chin.
15. How long will it take after you stick it in?
16. You'll know it's ready when it pops up.
17. Wow, I didn't think I could handle all of that!
18. That's the biggest one I've ever seen
Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!

I Freaking Love The Internet
I'm always finding the coolest and most unexpected things on the Internet. Just happened to be a new friend this time! I finally got to meet Carrie Mae from Creepy Cupcakes. We have been online friends for about two years or so and finally met face to face today! I can honestly say that Carrie is the first person that I have ever met in real life that I had only known previously from the Internet. Here I am a big ol' 6'3, 41 year old guy who talks to strangers from all over the world everyday as part of his job and I was super nervous for some reason to meet Carrie and her husband. But just like old friends, once we started talking that all went away. I now know why we hit it off so well online, because we really do have a bunch of stuff in common. Carrie is almost exactly how I pictured her, except she is freakishly short. I'm just playing, she is a sweetheart and of normal height. Meeting Carrie and her husband was the cherry on top of my Halloween season this year. Hopefully these are the first of many memories that the four of us will capture in photos (even though its just the two of us in these pictures).

Loot
Went to the book store on Halloween afternoon and got some new reading material I'm excited about. Now if I can just find the time to sit down and read them.
Went to Michael's Crafts this afternoon to use my 50% off one item coupon and to load up on the 2 for a dollar paints. I've got a little Día de los Muertos project planned for me and the Mrs. The only after Halloween decoration type item I scored today was that skull at Michael's for half off, I think it was $2.98.
No good deals on after Halloween stuff this year. All the stores I checked out were wiped out of the good stuff. Oh well.

To Die For Carmel Corn
To Die For Carmel Corn
10 ½ - Ounce box of microwave popcorn, popped
(Butter flavor or similar flavor)
2 - Sticks of Butter = 1 cup
(No Margarine)
2 - Cups of dark brown sugar, packed
½ - Cup corn syrup
(Clear Karo Syrup)
½ - Teaspoon of salt
1 - Teaspoon of vanilla extract
(Not imitation)
½ - Teaspoon of baking soda
Preheat oven to 250*
After popping the corn in the microwave I like to pour it out on a sheet pan and then transfer it by hand to a large lightly greased (Pam works fine) roasting pan, this is to make sure no un-popped kernels make it in to the batch.
Combine the butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup in a heavy saucepan, non stick works too. Once it’s all melted bring to a boil over medium heat; cook for five minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda mix in well and then pour mixture over popcorn. Use a rubber spatula or large plastic spoon mix popcorn to coat with the caramel.
Place in preheated oven for one hour, removing every 20 minutes to stir popcorn and caramel mixture.
Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes, stir one last time to break up final product.
Store in an airtight container.
Makes 25 to 27 cups.
Enjoy

My Halloween Tree
"The pumpkins on the Tree were not mere pumpkins. Each had a face sliced into it. Each face was different. Every eye was a stranger eye. Every nose was a weirder nose. Every mouth smiled hideously in some new way".

Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend Zombie Walk
10/08/10
This was our first time going to a walk, it was amazing! We almost didn't make it down there in time. Jen had a meeting so I had to wait for her to get off and we flew across town to be there by 4pm, we got there about 4:15 and lucky for us(Jen) they didn't get it together until like 5pm. So we didn't miss anything. I think next year we'll take the day off to go to the pre-walk party and participate in the walk. Here are some photos of the Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend Zombie Walk on International Drive, in Orlando Florida.
The beginning of the Infestation
Mike Christopher from Dawn of the Dead and Bill Hinzman from Night of the Living Dead!
Kermit and Miss Piggy!!!
Zombie Dog with bride, groom, and ring bearer
Little Dead Riding Hood, check out her basket. Good group of Zombies!
I have no idea, but I liked it!?!?
She was growling and dragging her leg, awesome little princess zombie!
This girl was in character big time, great performance!
Dog the Bounty Hunter, maybe ???
The undisputed Heavy Weight Champion Zombie
Enjoy!

Our First Home Grown Pumpkin
It just wouldn't get any bigger. It's been that size for over a month. I was pulling a few weeds today after work and I moved the little pumpkin just barely and the stalk fell right off the top like it had just been resting there, so I brought it in and washed it up. Carved a little face for him and hot glued his stalk back on. He has bug bites and scratches, he is definitely happier in the house with us (just look at that smile).
