Here's the recipe in a boring text format so you can copy and save it.
1 1/2 Cups sugar
3 Cups water
3 Pounds of fresh cleaned and cut strawberries (Frozen will work)
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Combine sugar and water in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until all the sugar has been dissolved.
Remove from heat, and refrigerate until chilled.
Puree cleaned and cut strawberries; add lemon juice and sugar water.
Mix well and pour in to the ice cream maker's canister.
Follow your ice cream makers instructions to complete the freezing process.
Enjoy!

Easy???
LOL! It's just sugar water and cut up strawberries?! It is a recipe, you'll have to do a little work. If it was much easier and it would have just said.....
Get in car.
Drive to market.
Proceed to freezer isle.
Choose sorbet.
Purchase.
Return home.
Eat.
I guess it's easy if you are already comfortable in the kitchen. It's worth the work, because it's pretty tasty stuff.
